Spec Tools' New HD 90 Right Angle Driver
Helps Cordless Drills Turn the Corner.
Drill Holes, Remove Bolts, And Tighten Screws With Only Inches Of Workspace
West Bridgewater, MA - Spec Tool's new HD90 heavy-duty, 90º offset driver head works in spaces with as little as 2 1/2 inches of height and no swing needed. Using an optional detachable handle or an 18-volt cordless drill, the driver reaches places impossible with conventional tools.
"And the HD90 handles a lot of torque," says Spec Tools Vice President, Bill Perry. "Say you're mounting speakers in a car, the HD90 can drill through the sheet metal in that hard-to-reach space behind the back seat in the trunk. It fits into spots where you cant use a stubby screwdriver much less a drill."
The HD90 has an ANSI input shaft that fits an optional handle or 18-volt cordless drill. A locking magnetic chuck fits any 1/4 hex-shaped ANSI drill or drive bit accessory. The rugged, adjustable cam-lock stabilizing arm has 12 radial and 4 angle stops allowing 48 different working positions.
Spec Tools, headquartered in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, engineers and manufactures a full line of clever, problem-solving hand tools for automotive and heavy-duty technicians.
