New Ferret Multimeter Offers Oversized Two-Line Display
Technicians Now Have Benefits Of Monitoring Two Readings At The Same Time
CHEBOYGAN, Michigan - Ferret Instruments' new F95 Multimeter features a large two-line display allowing technicians to monitor two measurements simultaneously. Other unique innovations of the F95 are an exclusive fuseless technology, RPM monitoring, and fuel pump testing feature.
"The two-line display is a big time and budget saver," says Ferret Instruments Vice President of Marketing, Donald Russell. "It's like having two multimeters for the price of one. And our trademark oversized display is easier to read in poor lighting conditions. That's a big feature since a recent AAIA survey shows that more than half of techs are over forty."
The Multimeter uses Ferret's inductive Low Amps Probe eliminating the hassle of blown fuses. Using the Low Amps Probe also gives the F95 some unique abilities. By measuring peak amps and fuel pump RPM simultaneously, a specially trained technician can estimate a fuel pump's likelihood of failure.
Ferret Instruments, headquartered in Cheboygan, Michigan, engineers, manufactures and markets professional automotive diagnostic equipment in more than 54 countries.
